2025-26 CCSD Attendance Policy Overview
Need to submit a parent excuse or a doctor's note for an absence? You can do that here!
CCSD policy requires all excuses to be submitted no later than the third day following an absence when a student returns to school. School staff must still approve excuses once submitted. You may take pictures of written parent notes, doctor's notes, or other documentation using this form.
