📢 Exam Week Information for Parents & Guardians
We want to clarify expectations for exam week:
• Students who are exempt from exams do NOT need to attend school this week.
• On your child’s exemption letter, if there is a “Y” beside a class, your child does not need to attend school for that exam.
• Students who are required to take exams should report as scheduled and are allowed to check out at 11:00 a.m. each day.
• Once a student has completed all required exams, they do not need to return for the remainder of the week.

Chambers County Schools will open pre‑registration for the 2026–27 Pre‑K class on January 15, 2026.
Families will be registering for the lottery drawing to be held on March 13, 2026.
Don’t miss your chance! Mark your calendar and pre‑register starting Jan 15 to be included in the March 13 drawing. ✅
