Students are almost ready to start planting. We would appreciate donations of seeds or starter plants of the following:
Dill
Basil
Rosemary
Chives
Oregano
Peppermint
Garlic
Lavender
Onions
Green Onion
Cayenne Pepper
Jalapeño Pepper
Banana Pepper
Tabasco Pepper
Strawberries
Also, Mrs. Maddux is looking for current and upcoming 7th graders to help maintain the garden over the summer. If your child would like to participate, please email Mrs. Maddux at madduxsa@chambersk12.org.
W.F. Burns Football parent meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13th, at 6:00pm in the new gym. Important information will be shared about summer workouts, spirit packs, and the upcoming season.

Please remember that all medications must be picked up by a parent or guardian by the end of the school day on May 22nd, 2025. Any medications that are not picked up will be destroyed by the school nurse. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to Nurse Colley.

Softball tryouts are 3:45-5:15 pm at the Valley Sportsplex on May 6th and 7th.
Lady Rams Softball Tryouts are coming up!! UPCOMING 7th and 8th grade tryouts will be May 6th. UPCOMING 9th - 12th grade will be May 7th. Please make sure you have a physical on file. Dress appropriately - cleats, softball pants - and make sure you have your own glove to try out.

Our yearbooks have arrived and our WFB yearbook staff is so excited to see all of their hard work pay off! Yearbooks will be delivered May 9th for the schools annual May Day event.

Baseball Tryouts will be held on Friday May 2nd for all UPCOMING 7th and 8th graders. Tryouts will be at Crestview ballpark from 4:00-6:00. Please be sure to have a current physical turned in to Coach Meadows in order to tryout.

Earth Day cleanup at WFB!
6th, 7th and 8th grade WFB Honor Society students worked hard to clean up our campus in honor of Earth Day!
TOMORROW by 8:30 am is the LAST CALL for May Day shirt orders! ALL orders must be in by 8:30 am!
Volleyball tryouts will be held at Valley High School next week on Monday, April 28 and Tuesday April 29 3:30-5:30.
